I would say it improves stamina to some degree, as a lot of e-stim is learning to keep yourself right on the edge for long periods of time. Personally, I don’t think it does anything for sex drive, it neither increases nor decreases it. As for hardness, I can say for sure that you will be harder that you have ever been during e-stim, especially if you are using somewhat constrictive electrodes, but as for hardness when not using e-stim I doubt you will see a difference.

It’s not really a matter of stim power level in my experience. It’s more a matter of length of time. It usually takes me at least an hour of stim before I start to produce. Sometimes I produce a little, sometimes I produce none even after 2+ hours of stim.

I don’t use a TENS, so I don’t use a specific frequency of impluse length.  I use a stereostim device which plays custom made e-stim files.

It’s natural, I’ve always had good distance. Stim seems to amplify it a bit though. I think the long stim sessions build up a huge load and the electrodes fit pretty snugly, which can also increase distance a bit. Kind of like constricting a garden hose makes the water shoot out further.

E-stim can be and is used for female pleasure, just lke for males.  I have no personal experience with female e-stim, as my girlfriend is not interested in trying it.  That said, I suggest you go to smartstim.com where you can read many posts and see images and videos of female e-stim in action.

It is definitely different at first and there is a compulsion to pump the shaft, but you get used to not doing so pretty quickly. First off, pumping the shaft while e-stimming doesn’t feel as good as you think it would, it makes the distances between the electrodes change which changes the feeling, sometimes in not so good ways. Secondly, your hands will be plenty busy with the stim box controls, constantly trying to find that perfect feeling.

My stereostim box doesn’t modulate the signal in any way.  It simply amplifies custom stim sound files.  It creates many sensations, but they are the result of the sound file, not the box as the box doesn’t modify the sound at all.

For the most part as quickly or slowly as you want it to. In my experience with e-stim I can reach orgasm in as little as 5 minutes if that’s what I want to do. It feels so good though that you want it to go on forever. I find that my average e-stim session lasts between 2 and 3 hours.
