Does E-Stim improve your stamina, sexdrive or hardness in general? Like - Training the PC muscle?

I would say it improves stamina to some degree, as a lot of e-stim is learning to keep yourself right on the edge for long periods of time. Personally, I don’t think it does anything for sex drive, it neither increases nor decreases it. As for hardness, I can say for sure that you will be harder that you have ever been during e-stim, especially if you are using somewhat constrictive electrodes, but as for hardness when not using e-stim I doubt you will see a difference.

Wow. Out of curiousity do you have any other blogs? You should post more often =) ... I'm building a Davey unit, and eventually will hopefully build my own like yours.

It’s not really a matter of stim power level in my experience. It’s more a matter of length of time. It usually takes me at least an hour of stim before I start to produce. Sometimes I produce a little, sometimes I produce none even after 2+ hours of stim.

For a guy that is just looking to try it out would a TENS unit with pads be able to get the job done? It's more worth the $50 to see if I'm into it before I drop big cash on the fancy set-up you have.

Yes, a TENS unit will get the job done. That said, the setup I have isn’t what I would call fancy, it’s a home-built stereostim unit. I built it for around $100. There are simple stereostim units that can be built for about $20. Check out www.smartstim.com

I don’t use a TENS, so I don’t use a specific frequency of impluse length. I use a stereostim device which plays custom made e-stim files.

Fellow stimmer here. Just curious what you do to shoot as far as you do. Is it natural? supplements? excercises?

It’s natural, I’ve always had good distance. Stim seems to amplify it a bit though. I think the long stim sessions build up a huge load and the electrodes fit pretty snugly, which can also increase distance a bit. Kind of like constricting a garden hose makes the water shoot out further.

E-stim can be and is used for female pleasure, just lke for males. I have no personal experience with female e-stim, as my girlfriend is not interested in trying it. That said, I suggest you go to smartstim.com where you can read many posts and see images and videos of female e-stim in action.

Hello, very nice blog site and the vids are awesome. One thing I have wondered about: all of us jackers are used to using our hands. There is almost a compulsion to pump the shaft. Is there any difficulty getting used to just letting your hands go free? It is definitely different at first and there is a compulsion to pump the shaft, but you get used to not doing so pretty quickly. First off, pumping the shaft while e-stimming doesn’t feel as good as you think it would, it makes the distances between the electrodes change which changes the feeling, sometimes in not so good ways. Secondly, your hands will be plenty busy with the stim box controls, constantly trying to find that perfect feeling.

I’m no doctor, so I would suggest you seek proper medical advice. That said, with e-stim the cardinal rule is no electrodes above the waist, precisely so that you never interfere with heart rhythms.

What is a good setup for hands free? Also does your stereo do anything to the signal? I've got a twinstim and it just sends a constant signal, it doesn't modulate it. (at least not in ems mode) Is yours doing something to create multiple sensations or is it some constant stream instead of a pulse? I imagine change is easier for HF. For now I have to assist. My stereostim box doesn’t modulate the signal in any way. It simply amplifies custom stim sound files. It creates many sensations, but they are the result of the sound file, not the box as the box doesn’t modify the sound at all.

For the most part as quickly or slowly as you want it to. In my experience with e-stim I can reach orgasm in as little as 5 minutes if that’s what I want to do. It feels so good though that you want it to go on forever. I find that my average e-stim session lasts between 2 and 3 hours.
